The Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence (CARDV) is a non-profit organization based in Linn and Benton Counties, Oregon.

CARDV’s mission is twofold: to provide services and support to those affected by sexual and domestic violence, and to provide education and leadership to change the societal conditions that cultivate these forms of violence.

Founded in 1981, CARDV has spent the past 45 years dedicated to its mission of serving survivors 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
