Where we sell and ship
At this time, we sell and ship to US addresses only, including US military/diplomatic addresses. 

 

Order fulfillment 
Orders for in-stock items are typically packaged and shipped within 1–5 business days of receiving your order. Fulfillment may take longer during peak sales events. Once we've prepared your order for shipping, delivery times by USPS typically take 2–10 business days. See more below.

Need it in a hurry? If your order is urgent, and we have the item(s) in stock, do let us know and we'll do our best to expedite getting it packaged and ready to ship. 

 

Shipping
We ship from Oregon Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

US orders of $100 or more ship for free by USPS, our standard shipping method. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $8.50 by USPS. USPS delivery times within the contiguous U.S. typically arrive in 2-10 business days. Anticipate longer delivery times for more distant locations.

Color swatches always ship free, regardless of order size. Digital gift cards are delivered by email at no shipping charge. Gift card value is excluded from the order subtotal when calculating free standard shipping eligibility on physical goods.

Note that USPS is the only shipping method available for PO boxes or US military/diplomatic addresses. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other non-contiguous locations default ship by USPS. 

 

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Double-check your order details before finalizing — verify street and unit numbers, and watch for auto-fill errors.  
  • We package orders carefully to prevent damage. If damage occurs in transit, please contact us and we'll do our best to help. Carrier claims may be required for reimbursement. 
  • Quilts: Our quilts are shipped with insurance/liability coverage to the full value and will require a signature at delivery. 
  • Purchases other than quilts: We do not typically require a signature for delivery of fabrics, supplies, and notions. This means that USPS, UPS, or FedEx may deliver your package while you're away. Be sure to provide a shipping address that is a safe location for unattended delivery, or note that a signature is required at delivery when placing your order. (Additional fees may apply). Tulaberry Quilt Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. 
  • If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible to pay all costs to reship the package. Examples of returned packages may include: unclaimed packages, refusal by recipient, incorrect address, etc.
